Description:
KAE-10 is a regular brown fused aluminum oxide abrasive with medium titania, blocky shape and high density. To get the kind of grains, we specially process the ingots, separate the magnetic material, and sieve the grains carefully to get a complete range of grit sizes. It is used for making bonded abrasive products where the tough, strong aluminum oxide is required.
Applications:
KAE-10 can match various applications like producing all kinds of vitrified bonded grinding wheels, resign bonded grinding wheels and cut-off wheels.
The tough, strong aluminum oxide characteristic also enable this abrasive the used for pressure blasting and surface finish.
